Many view being compassionate as being weak to others and opening yourself to exploitation, but that would be the most ignorant thing to say. Being compassionate means actually and truly caring about others from your heart and caring about their happiness. In other words, your mission becomes to end the other person's suffering and bring happiness into their life.
Compassion suspends judgment and takes each circumstance equally -- each as a moment of life to be lived in its fullness-called MINDFULNESS.
